For this project we developed two seperate modules which shared some core content. A module for customer facing colleagues focussed on assisting customers and adhering to UK accessibility standards and laws. The module for support staff featured case studies and examples of processes and procedures to follow. Both modules had a branded design and featured videos and interactive content.
