The Neon Learning story
An independent digital-learning partner built around useful work.
Neon Learning was founded by Alistair in 2019 after more than a decade creating digital learning for organisations around the world. The aim was straightforward: combine the quality and reliability clients expect from an agency with the responsiveness and continuity of working directly with an experienced specialist.
Today, Neon supports organisations with custom eLearning, content transformation, learning platforms, internal capability and practical AI-use learning. Every project starts with the audience and the change that needs to happen—not a preferred tool or pre-built formula.
Based near Edinburgh, Neon works remotely with clients across the UK and internationally.
