Questions buyers usually ask
Straight answers before you commit.
From a single course to a managed academy, the right starting point depends on your content, audience and platform.
Neon helps organisations plan, create and run effective digital learning. That can mean a bespoke Storyline or Rise module, transforming approved PDFs and presentations, creating a branded template for an internal team, reviewing learning strategy or LMS options, launching a managed private academy, or delivering the Neon AI Ready implementation. We recommend the lightest solution that will achieve the outcome.
No. If you already have an LMS, we can prepare and test content for it, including SCORM where required. If you do not have a suitable platform—or do not want the administration burden—we can scope a managed private academy. We can also review your requirements before you commit to a new LMS or licence.
Yes. A managed academy gives your organisation a branded, invitation-only learning environment without needing to buy, configure and operate a full LMS alone. It can support employee onboarding, compliance learning, customer or partner education, and multi-course programmes. Neon can manage the platform setup, content, learner enrolment, reporting, updates and an agreed level of ongoing support.
We normally agree a clear scope and fixed price before work begins. Price is shaped by content volume and readiness, interaction, media, assessment, accessibility, platform requirements and the review process. Defined packages provide useful starting points. For managed academies, setup and content production are separated from recurring platform, administration and support costs. Material new content, features or changes in direction are quoted before additional work starts.
