The quotation sets out the review process; two consolidated review rounds are typical for a defined course build. We ask you to nominate the right stakeholders and combine their comments into one agreed response. Corrections and refinements within scope are included. New content, a changed brief or additional functionality is treated as a scope change rather than hidden inside the review cycle.

The quotation makes ownership and handover explicit. For most bespoke projects, your organisation owns the agreed bespoke deliverables after full payment, with SCORM packages and source files supplied where included in scope. Third-party software, fonts, stock media and licensed assets remain subject to their own licence terms. In a managed academy, your content remains yours while the platform and ongoing service operate under the agreed hosting and support arrangement.

No. If you already have an LMS, we can prepare and test content for it, including SCORM where required. If you do not have a suitable platform—or do not want the administration burden—we can scope a managed private academy. We can also review your requirements before you commit to a new LMS or licence.

LearnWorlds is used for managed academy delivery where it fits the requirement. A client academy is a separate, private and branded environment built around one organisation's audience, content and reporting needs. Learners are invited into the client experience and are not sent through the public consumer catalogue.
