Life framework requirements have applied since December 2024. Auto and health benefit plan framework components had to be available from 1 July 2026.
This insurance regulation is separate from Colorado’s general automated-decision law. It does not apply to every employer, every insurer or every AI use. AI Ready does not perform discrimination testing or model validation.
Context reviewed 31 October 2026. Applicability depends on the entity, activities and AI use case.
Built around your work
We start with the tools, decisions and people. Then we connect the rules to learning and records, using the policies and training you already have where useful.
From policy to practice
Actual use cases, practical boundaries, role-specific learning and records tied to the work people do.
Illustrative learning preview · Not an assessment
A colleague wants to summarise a confidential client report in a public AI assistant. That use is not approved. What should they do?
Something useful to show
An internal evidence pack showing what has been defined, taught, acknowledged and reviewed. Records support governance; they are not legal certification.
