The local driver
The NAIC model bulletin expects a written, risk-proportionate AI Systems programme and ongoing training and supervision for relevant insurer personnel.

The NAIC adoption map dated 8 October 2026 lists 27 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Local bulletin wording and insurance permissions must be checked.
A model bulletin is supervisory guidance under existing insurance law, not a universal US employer training statute. AI Ready supports the workforce and operational layer; model validation and technical insurance compliance require separate specialist work.
Context reviewed 31 October 2026. Applicability depends on the entity, activities and AI use case.
Built around your work
We start with the tools, decisions and people. Then we connect the rules to learning and records, using the policies and training you already have where useful.
From policy to practice
Actual use cases, practical boundaries, role-specific learning and records tied to the work people do.
Illustrative learning preview · Not an assessment
A colleague wants to summarise a confidential client report in a public AI assistant. That use is not approved. What should they do?
Something useful to show
An internal evidence pack showing what has been defined, taught, acknowledged and reviewed. Records support governance; they are not legal certification.
