Responsible AI use. Clearer roles. Confident financial-services teams.

Connect AI governance to the decisions your people make, with role-specific learning, practical rules and records that support internal oversight.

For organisations of 20–249 people · Initial launch for up to 50 learners

One connected implementation

01

See it

An internal register of tools, use cases, owners and review points.

02

Control it

Clear permitted, restricted and prohibited-use rules grounded in real work.

03

Teach it

Role-specific learning, realistic scenarios and assessment.

04

Evidence it

Policy versions, acknowledgements, completions and review actions.

Diagnose → Build → Launch. As little as 14 working days from scope lock, with timely inputs and consolidated feedback.

The local driver

Real requirements. Practical action.

HKMA’s October 2026 bank guidance expects role-specific training to maintain specialist skills. The SFC’s generative AI circular expects effective controls and appropriate competence in licensed corporations.

Who this concerns

HKMA-authorised banks and, under a separate SFC circular, licensed corporations using generative AI in regulated activities. The applicable regulator and use case matter.

Timing

HKMA guidance issued 15 October 2026, replacing its 2019 principles. SFC Circular 24EC55 has applied since November 2024.

What this means for your team

These are sector-specific supervisory expectations. They are not a statutory AI course requirement for every Hong Kong employer. Technical model-risk, cybersecurity and regulated advice remain outside our standard scope.

Context reviewed 31 October 2026. Applicability depends on the entity, activities and AI use case.

Built around your work

More than a policy. More than a course.

We start with the tools, decisions and people. Then we connect the rules to learning and records, using the policies and training you already have where useful.

01

Confidential customer data and approved tools

02

Staff competence and human review boundaries

03

Evidence for internal governance and oversight

From policy to practice

Knowing how to prompt is not the same as knowing when a tool is appropriate.

One connected approach

Actual use cases, practical boundaries, role-specific learning and records tied to the work people do.

Illustrative learning preview · Not an assessment

A confidential report. A tight deadline.

A colleague wants to summarise a confidential client report in a public AI assistant. That use is not approved. What should they do?

Something useful to show

When someone asks, bring the evidence together.

An internal evidence pack showing what has been defined, taught, acknowledged and reviewed. Records support governance; they are not legal certification.

Illustrative pack structure

01 AI Use Register and named owners
02 Tailored policy and version record
03 Role, risk and learning map
04 Assessments, acknowledgements and completions
05 Open actions and next review date
