Ireland · EU AI Act Article 4
Bring your AI tools, staff guidance and learning records together, with a focused first launch for a growing Irish business.
For organisations of 20–249 people · Initial launch for up to 50 learners
One connected implementation
An internal register of tools, use cases, owners and review points.
Clear permitted, restricted and prohibited-use rules grounded in real work.
Role-specific learning, realistic scenarios and assessment.
Policy versions, acknowledgements, completions and review actions.
Diagnose → Build → Launch. As little as 14 working days from scope lock, with timely inputs and consolidated feedback.
The local driver
The EU AI Act requires in-scope providers and deployers to take measures to support staff AI literacy, tailored to their knowledge, roles and use of AI.

The AI literacy duty has applied since 2 February 2025. Current Article 4 wording requires supportive measures; it does not prescribe a particular course or certificate.
Article 4 does not impose a universal standalone written AI policy. We connect useful workplace rules to relevant learning; neither a policy nor a completion certificate guarantees compliance.
Context reviewed 31 October 2026. Applicability depends on the entity, activities and AI use case.
Built around your work
We start with the tools, decisions and people. Then we connect the rules to learning and records, using the policies and training you already have where useful.
From policy to practice
Actual use cases, practical boundaries, role-specific learning and records tied to the work people do.
Illustrative learning preview · Not an assessment
A colleague wants to summarise a confidential client report in a public AI assistant. That use is not approved. What should they do?
Something useful to show
An internal evidence pack showing what has been defined, taught, acknowledged and reviewed. Records support governance; they are not legal certification.
